Andy and I were excited to spend our 10 year anniversary in Maui. This was the first time we had taken a vacation away from the kids for more than 2 days. I was a bit nervous, but excited for some special time with Andy. We stayed at the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. We did a bunch of relaxing, went running each morning, went on lots of walks, enjoyed many yummy dinners that we made at our condo, floated in the ocean, and did some reading. It was great to have so much time to talk through books we were reading and connect. Oma and Pake came out to watch the kids and grandpa and grandma also helped. They were busy bees and had a fantastic week being spoiled at home. Although we missed our kiddos so much, I think it was good for all of us to have a few days apart. We are so blessed to have so many family members and friends that watch out for our kids and love them! Happy Anniversary babe...thanks for an amazing 10 years and I can't wait for the next 10!!
