Klamath River with the Boys
The boys took their annual "boy's fishing trip" over Labor Day weekend. Grandpa and Uncle Paul did such a great job organizing and planning for a very fun weekend at the Klamath. The boys headed out Thursday afternoon. They had a blast and caught tons of salmon. This year they stayed in a double wide trailer, that they tell me was very nice. Andrew said, "mom, you would even like it because it has hardwood floor." It even had a backyard that they raved about. They spent time on the river fishing and did some hiking down by the ocean with Andy. Andrew caught a 30 inch Steelhead, which he was very proud of. Luke helped bring in a bunch of the fish and caught himself a mini little fish. He was also very proud of his tiny fish. According to dad, Luke loves to snack and hang out in the boat. While the boys were away we had some great girl time. We cooked, slept at grandma's house, swam, relaxed, and even got the house cleaned. It was a great weekend for all of us. I love these memories that my children get to create with their grandparents, uncles, and cousins!!
